Favorite Fifteen

I'd love to share another favorite workout of mine! You might think I say that about all of them. But all 3 that I have shared so far are different, and this one is my favorite quick workout! Check out my other favorites: my favorite strength workout (with weights) and my favorite high intensity workout. Each workout will give you such a different effect--try them out and let me know what you think!

I created this workout one day when I had less than 30 minutes to workout, but I still wanted to get a quick workout in. I always like to include a warm-up and cool down, but the exercise portion is only 15 minutes long. This workout has intervals of work and rest--work for 45 seconds, and rest 15 seconds, and it flip-flops between cardio & strength each minute. This also is not a high intensity workout (though some days it may feel like it). So, I also like doing this workout on days when I just don't want to workout, but I know it's going to be good for my body! We all have days like that, right!!!
