Music is FUN! Choreography uses the music--the beats, the counts, the structure, & the FUN to structure a workout. Each song provides little circuits in which the beat counts for us and the verses, chorus, and bridge acts as a circuit guide! Nevermind figuring the structure out! Push play and move to the beat with me!
