Music is FUN!  Choreography uses the music--the beats, the counts, the structure, & the FUN to structure a workout.  Each song provides little circuits in which the beat counts for us and the verses, chorus, and bridge acts as a circuit guide!  Nevermind figuring the structure out!  Push play and move to the beat with me! 

You will find all kinds of workouts here and at the bottom, there are individual songs.  You really can move to one song and consider that some good movement for your day!
