Here is a calendar of 30 of my favorite Fitness for the Field Workouts from the first 5 years!
I have programmed 30 of my favorite workouts from the last 5 years of recording and publishing workouts.
They are all here in this one calendar!
I have programmed this that it starts easier and gets harder. You have metabolic, strength, and cardio workouts each week. There are some fun ones built in and sprinkled about.
This is a FULL and challenging month to workout 6 days a week.
I always recommend resting at least one day a week!
